Green Dragon Properties owns three rental properties in Rochester, MN.

The Red House is a fully-furnished, shared house near RCTC. The Blue House is large 4-bedroom house just three blocks to Mayo Clinic. The Grey House is fully-furnished, a short term rental duplex with a two bedroom one bathroom on the main level, and a one bedroom plus den in the attic.

Applications

Please download our application form to apply at Green Dragon Midwest Properties. You may need to download the co-signer form with your application. Email the completed firms to greendragonmidwestprop@gmail.com 

Once we have received and reviewed your application, we will ask you to have a background and credit check. We will send you an email from the background check company. You pay them directly for this service. 

We do not charge any application fees.
